I'm not sure but I think a forum is like a live chatty thingy o.O umm. A place where you can discuss different topics with people who are also browsing the same one, umm topics can be from Naruto, Bleach, any anime, games, movies, shows, free talks and more, what else... Sometimes theres forum games ( which are pretty odd ) umm... Yea I'm pretty sure that covers all of it.
